I encountered Zack back in July, entertaining the Naperville Riverwalk. Zack is a Wheaton-based attorney, and has played Spanish guitar (Flamenco and otherwise) since childhood.

A Few From My Recent Wanderings

Much of my shooting time is when I’m on my way to doing something else, so I gravitate toward seeing the interesting in whatever’s around me.  Which is, most of the time, relatively fruitless for a left-brained sort like me.  But sometimes, things grab my interest – hope they amuse you as well…

This past weekend, had a coffee at the Bleeding Heart Bakery in Oak Park, IL, and this caught my eye:


If you ever get near River North on a weekday morning, go to the Doughnut Vault at 8:30 a.m. sharp – corner of Franklin and Kinzie.  I didn’t take any pictures of the doughnuts because my first response after getting them out of the bag made them considerably less photogenic.  Sorry, maybe next time.
